Can I use your music in my YouTube videos?

If you bought and downloaded my music on a 3rd party platform (eg. Bandcamp) or the "Music" tab, you can use my music in your YouTube videos, but you won't be able to earn revenue from them due to not being able to remove Content ID claims. To use my music in your monetized YouTube videos, you need a sync license (available under Licensing) and fill out the Content ID Release Form. The Royalty-Free Music Album can be used without any additional license (in social media videos).


I received a Content ID claim on my video, what should I do?

A content ID claim is an automatic notice that gets put on your video when a registered audio asset gets recognized in your video. Unlike a copyright strike this is has no effect on your channel other than you not being able to monetize the video in question. If you aren't a Youtube partner, or you can't monetize the video in question for other reasons already, there is no need to do anything about a Content ID claim, it won't have any effect on your channel. If you are a YouTube partner and want to monetize your video then you can do the following to release the claim:

If you have purchased a “Sync Bundle” under "Licensing": Go ahead and fill out the form here and make sure you add the email address you used to purchase the license.

If you have downloaded the song on Motion Array: Fill out the form here and make sure you copy and paste the text of your license PDF.

If you have done neither: You don't own a sync license to use the song, you can purchase one here and then fill out the form here!

Member Area

I've created an account but I still only see the sign-up page what's going on?

After creating an account you might still have to choose one of the tiers and subscribe to them. Picking the “member” tier is free.

How do I access my account settings?

Log in to your account and then click on “Edit Profile” at the bottom of the page. Here you can find “Your Information” where you can add your name and change the information that shows up when you comment on the blog on the “Update” page, “Your subscription” where you can view and change your current subscription level and “Cancel my subscription” where you can cancel your subscription.


How can I edit my profile picture and my display name?

If you want to comment on the posts on the “Updates” page you can change what name and picture others can see. Go to your account settings and to “Your information”. Here you can change your “Name to show on site” and your profile picture.


How can I turn on/off email updates?

Sometimes I will send you emails regarding interesting things added to the member area (eg. new songs getting added). You can subscribe or unsubscribe to these emails whenever you want. Go to your account settings, and in “Your information” you’ll find the toggle switch for “Subscribed to email list”.


How do I change my subscription level?

You can change your subscription level at any time by going to your account settings, then “Your subscription” and then on “Change subscription level”.


How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to your account settings, click on “Cancel my subscription” and you can unsubscribe by clicking the button.


What forms of payment do you accept?

You can currently pay with either Credit Card or Paypal.


I ordered the wrong size/color product or I input the wrong address, what should I do?

If you notice you chose the wrong size, color, or address, then please let me know ASAP!

If your merch hasn't been printed yet, I will be able to fix your order! If your order is already on the "fulfilled" status, then I won't be able to fix your order.

How do I know what size I am?

There is a sizing chart in every product description with measurements that you can compare to garments you already own. Here is a detailed explanation of where and how to measure.

How are your products made?

I work with a print-on-demand order fulfillment company. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at info@bellabeth.com.

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • Other: 10–20 business days

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Shipping Costs

How shipping is calculated: The product with the most expensive "Single Product" shipping is counted first and then the "Additional Product" cost of whatever other items you're ordering are added to that price.

Eg. You're in the US and you order 2 Hoodies and 1 T-Shirt: €5.89 + €1.70 + €1.30= €8.98

What you pay here is the exact shipping price. 

The shipping on your check-out screen is displayed as "additional shipping" instead of just "shipping" because I'm working with a manufacturer to print and ship out your product!


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at info@bellabeth.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll sort that out for you. As apparel and cover cards are specifically printed for you and cover cards have a personalized dedication, I can't offer regular returns.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, I can't offer exchanges, as your merch is printed on-demand. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing charts - I have one for every item listed on my store, in the product description section. Here is an explanation how to use them.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let me know at info@bellabeth.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Cover Cards

What are cover cards?

Cover Cards are postcard-like prints of album artwork on the glossy side, and a short note about the song printed on the other side.

I can't read the handwriting

If you can't read my handwriting of the note in the back (sorry) then please scan the QR code on the back of the card to get to a video of me talking about the song - the text of the note will be in the description of the video.

How do I access the free song?

As soon as you finish your order you can see the song file being generated and you will get an email with a download link as soon as it's ready to download.

If you didn't receive an email or have other issues with the downloads, let me know on Whatsapp or send me an email!

I input the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

If you notice that your address is incorrect or that you want me to designate my signature to someone else than yourself, please let me know asap! As long as I haven't signed and shipped your order I can still make adjustments regarding eg. your shipping address and who I dedicate the signature to.

How are cover cards made?

I work with a printing company who sends me the cards per mail, which I then sign and re-package to send to you!

How much is shipping?

Shipping to Germany is 1.60€

Shipping to other EU countries is 3.70€

When will I get my order?

After your order the cards have to be shipped from a print company, which will usually arrive within 1-2 days. Then I will sign and package the cards and send them your way. The delivery time can be as little as 2-3 days to up to a week.
